Our menu crafted by Chef Francis J. Derby is rooted in American charcuterie with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We specialize in large cuts and group nose-to-tail dining with whole animal feasts. Our beverage program consists of 12 draught lines, 400 different bottles of beers from all around the world as well as a selection of curated wines and cocktails.
