As you may know The Cannibal LA was a butcher’s restaurant in (you guessed right) LA! The menu had a sense that your neighbourhood butcher, who happened to be obsessed with beer, decided to make dinner, with every conceivable animal part. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed due to management issues back in 2016 and since then TheCannibalLA.com continued as a kitchen product review including recipes and food blogs.
Fast forward to 2023 and TheCanniballa.com, is no longer based in LA and we are much more than a kitchen review and food log. We are in the process of rebranding from LA to food balla. Well, what’s a balla? – we work with a collective of foodies, chefs, and home enthusiasts. We aim to be the fount of all knowledge when it comes to kitchen and home products. Or in another sense, we do the heavy lifting (research) for you as we know how busy everyone is these days and we are making it a priority to make you a balla!
